Acupuncture

Therapist: Stewart Trotter (M.A.Cantab.Lic.Ac)

Acupuncture points lead directly via invisible pathways called meridians to internal organs of the body. When the needles are inserted the clients will experience a rush of Qi, energies will balance and client will experience sense of well-being and relief.

Acupuncture can alleviate symptoms: headaches and migraines, arthritis, smoking addictions, colds and flu, sinusitis, back problems, period pains and irregularities, high blood pressure and many other problems.

Aromatherapy Massage - Friday & Weekends Only

Therapist: Anita Vekaria BA(Hons), SoHA Dip, MIFA, ACMA, Dip. ITEC(Head)

Aromatherapy is a form of alternative medicine that uses volatile liquid plant materials, known as essential oils (EOs), and other scented compounds from plants for the purpose of affecting a person's mood or health.

Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon Hydrotherapy or Colonic Irrigation is a gentle and effective method of removing accumulated waste and stored faecal matter, parasites, toxic substances from the body by introducing water into the colon.

It is optimal detox. Colon toxicity can cause of many of these health problems: bloated stomach, constipation, skin problems, candida, IBS, joint pain, allergies, and other.

Osteopathy

Therapist: Adam Boucher (GOsC)

Osteopathy is primarily concerned with the structure and function of the body, in particular the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues.

It treats complains: low back/neck pain, pinched nerves affecting the legs, wear and tear of the joints, sports injuries, injuries to joints such as elbows, knees, wrists, hands and feet, postural problems, digestive problems and more.

Rolfing

Therapist: Sarah Warton (Accredited Rolfer)

Rolfing is unique and unsurpassed in its ability to dramatically alter a person's posture and body structure. Physical performers such as athletes or dancers use Rolfing as a way to enhance their performances.

People with stress or chronic pain can have their symptoms greatly relieved or eliminated entirely. Almost everyone will benefit in some way from these treatments.
